Return Policy:


  • ALL software is refundable 30-days from the invoice date except for OCN6 Western European maps. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

  • 0-30 days from date of purchase:
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
    • Opened products are subject to a minimum of 5% up to 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective on arrival.
    • Additional restocking fee may apply for returns with incomplete (missing accessories) or damaged package.

  • 16-30 days from date of purchase: 15% restocking fee will be charged for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • All returns must have a RMA number for processing or they will not be accepted. Please read "Steps for returns" below.

  • The RMA number is only valid for 14 days. All return package(s) must clearly display this RMA number on the outside of the package(s) or it will not be accepted.

  • Refund will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.

  • Shipping and Insurance charges are not refundable.

  • We will not issue a pre-paid label or "call tag" in all cases and you will have to take your return to an authorized facility such as a Post Office or a UPS facility or a UPS store, FedEx or Kinko's facility.

Steps for returns:


  1. All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. 25% minimum restocking fee will be charged for returns without RMA number.

  2. Please obtain a RMA number at support@OnCourseNavigator.com before returning any item. When requesting a RMA number, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. We will only accept returns which have an RMA number.

  3. Please print the RMA number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing. Please send package to:

  4. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 15 days (US) or 25 days (international) of the RMA issuance date.

  5. Please return item via trackable method, we will not be responsible for shipment lost during return process.

  6. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.

  7. RMA will take about 7-14 business days to process. All RMA replacement products will return to customer via USPS First Class for domestic and USPS Global Priority for International.




Warranty


All products have one year factory warranty from the date of purchase. If the product becomes defective within one year, we will provide replacment at no extra charge. The return product must be in the original condition to qualify for replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware). Out of warranty service is subject to a minimum 30% repair fee.
